I know they're still new but are they a better option than other bottom tiers?

I mean Kappa is considered the "top" of the bottom, and they actually have a house. chi o also has a house but as they're on probation, you won't be able to rush them (unless they appeal it). AEPhi isn't that bad, it's just the fact that they don't have a house that really hurts them. DZ is not really well liked but they are pretty new so anything could happen. GPhi is brand spankin new so they're really a wild card. could be great or could be super low, who knows

DZ isn't very well liked and people hsve rude things to say about AEPhi so I would say their probably after Kappa and Chi O but before DZ and AEPhi
