Some people think Theta should NOT be #1, some people think Tri Delt should be bumped up after they’ve painted it. I think we should discuss opinions and maybe change up the top 3 houses

theta’s house has been long regarded as the best on the row on the website because their sisters call it the brink mansion. this has never been the opinion of everyone. theta brags about the pillars and the road but ddd has bigger, grander pillars, a driveway that’s actually theirs, grand windows.
