theta’s house has been long regarded as the best on the row on the website because their sisters call it the brink mansion. this has never been the opinion of everyone. theta brags about the pillars and the road but ddd has bigger, grander pillars, a driveway that’s actually theirs, grand windows.

Thetas house is bland. TriDelt obviously has the best house on the row. That doesn’t make them top tier or a good chapter. Dw. U can still continue ur smear campaign.

Agreed. DDD has the best house on the row followed by Theta. U can accuse us of being DDDs but it’s just fact. We all know Sig has the best frat house it’s okay to say

Theta has been chilling but they run this site. They can push out some dislikes and comments in seconds. We’ve seen it for years.
