Yes they are but inclusivity also means treating everyone fairly including body positivity, etc. Pi phi chooses to post certain girls and recruit many girls based solely on looks. Other chapters do a better job of including all members including lgbtg.

Not what I want? I’m just saying inclusivity encompasses a lot more than lgbtq and it isn’t fair to exclude some groups or discredit chapters that do make effort to be inclusive with all aspects
