What hazing did pi phi allegedly do

There’s clearly a lot of ppl talking bad ab them for the allegation but what is the act their accused. I’m not defending or attacking them. I’m just wondering because some things that are considered hazing aren’t. For example many schools consider having to learn the organizations history to be hazing.
