junior transfer

I'm really worried that I won't get a bid because I'm about to be a junior. My program is 5 years so techicnally it's like I'm a sophmore. Anyway. All my friends tell me being a junior will really hurt my chances and it's upsetting me. I don't know I should or shouldn't rush. I do want a fair shot at all the houses .. Any advice?

Juniors can still get in! Is advise you to just give it a shot, really. You can definitely still find a home, but as to having a fair shot, maybe not. Some houses will drop you for your year, however that doesn't mean you will go through rush and not get a bid at the end. If you're willing to have an open mind and accept the houses that accept you, you can join a sorority and grow to love your sisters

there were plenty of girls in my PC that were sophomores/juniors and even some of my friends that were sophomores/juniors got bids from top tiers! if they like you, you will most likely get a bid. don't worry about it, you're good to go
