Why is Theta above Chi O?

I’m not in either chapter just trying to be fair. They are both amazing but I looked at the performance rank and Chi O blew Theta out of the water. Chi O has been improving their pcs and has frats running for them for hoco.
Their girls and pcs look practically the same, both have great reps and have the same relations, except Theta has ZBT but we don’t know if they will have a social this year. Chi O has better diversity and they win a lot of philos and awards. Both are hella involved but Theta doesn’t have a frat running for them and have no comp wins. Theta does have a better house but relations are way more important.

there are texts from sigs in group chats saying “so excited for social”
there was an after party too

theta hangs out with zbt sig dsig sae ato some of them with fiji and tke and theta chi
and this is based on real life friendships and what i’ve seen at bars not whatever relations post was posted last
