ZTA what is the point?

All of a sudden Phi Delt should be top, when nothing has changed…
I have nothing against Phi Delt, but they took ZTA to Hoco and whoever does that always wins their philanthropy…
So when ZTA goes with someone else next year (which may be ATO anyway), are we just going to switch it back? Phi Delt clearly has the worse house and low membership count, they are a strong chapter for sure but the point of moving them up is clearly motivated by ZTA just wanting their pair to be “top”.
Just seems shortsighted to me

Hazing was on there because someone claimed PhiDelt has physical hazing but no one knows for sure.
