pi phi versus adpi

i don’t think the ranks will be changed. we all know piphi is inferior to adpi but still great and up there.
“frats prefer pi phi”
piphi hoco dates: delta sig, sigma chi,
adpi hoco dates: theta chi, kappa sig (attempt), ato (had frats fighting over them)
piphi relations: theta chi, sigma chi, ato, phi delt, kappa sig
adpi relations: theta chi, sigma chi, ato, phi delt, kappa sig
if you actually go outside, in the real world you’ll see more frats where adpi shirts than piphi. high tier frats that is. piphi is idolized by lower.
adpi is hotter, more exclusive & more popular. piphi is more active and involved with all frats, while adpi is exclusive to upper & tops.
idk who said pi phi is more popular, they’re not. they’re more attainable
