Truth about Theta

Theta is not above tri delt, and will never be above tri delt.
Though, I’ll applaud them on improving their chapter by A LOT.
SGA president/vice President, UCF homecoming queen, 2nd in lip sync, and had two frats fighting over them that weren’t tragic ass tke or fiji…
They are not top but 100% far above alpha xi now, which is their main competition.
The posts about them being over tri delt needs to stop though.

The OP said Theta didn’t have a tragic date like Fiji…yet they paired with DSig.
