Every frat has had to wait a while after getting their house to move up in ranks. That’s the reason why DSig isn’t higher. They will prove themselves and move up.

To be fair i dont think delta sig has ever been lower mid even without the house people still love them, ik i do. Saying they havw to wait to move up is stupid theyve always been above pikapp and fiji

DSig & SAE were moved to bottom tier when it was suggested that unhoused frats move to bottom. We discussed it for days. We then moved DSig because they secured the house for the fall.
Thurs rank isn’t because they sick. Every frat getting a new house has to prove themselves before moving up. I’ve been here 4 years and you don’t automatically go above the established houses. They all do their time and show what they got then move up. Everyone knows them they will be fine.
