lower frats rarely get a social from a high chapter. good for them when they do. the point is that guys need to have socials at the very least with girls in their tier.

pikapp, zbt, theta, chio all have socials with chapters in their tier and lower because they are the down to earth chapters who don’t care about status. ranks are way more than socials. these chapters have great involvement, wins, membership, events, diversity, they stay out of trouble and actually liked by everyone.

ranks are about relations, participation, comps, etc. tops of course socialize with tops/upper mids. the regular mids socialize with mids/upper mids, and lower mids socialize with lower mids/bottom tiers.
