sigma chi ain’t a top frat…

sigma chi’s are attractive and have a nice house & money. that’s it. they’re not involved. they win no comps. they aren’t liked. they’re nowhere. honestly all they have is looks the house and popularity even tho nobody ever chills or hangs out with them.

realistically it’s
top
1. theta chi
2. ato
3. phi delt
up-mid
4. sigma chi
5. kappa sig

and honestly i’d argue kappa sig should be above sigma chi
