most chapters need to improve diversity. three have amazing diversity so we’re not talking them.

In all seriousness PiPhi has no woc in their chapter. If they do not recruit woc this spring they will drop. The only way they will change is if there are consequences for not prioritizing diversity. We will not stand for this nonsense in 2022.
