Sae losing their house ?
by: LolI was talking to a guy at the bar the other night and he was talking about how their house got taken by dsig. Does anyone know if this is true bc I love going to SAE after bounce

truth the owner did not like sae and raised rent to an outrageous amount. they chose to move out.

This has been in the works for a year. Their landlords didn’t like them so they gave them an offer to renew that was laughable. They’ll likely be out by the end of the semester but I’ve heard they’re trying to find another Greek ghetto house
