i think theta should be bumped down to true mid to keep the ranks accurate. nothing about theta is “upper mid” and this isn’t to hate i just think it’s accurate.

Theta is like ZBT. Could go mid tier but they have a lot going for them with comps and things. Theta has beautiful girls, the best mansion, they win comps, won the Greek Cup, leaders in sga, on homecoming court, very successful and we need nice girls representing our upper srats. Theta needs to host a big event though. Tridelts also needs to work on comps and a big event if they want to remain in upper mid actually.

check tagged pics you’ll see why axid dropped. they have done very toxic girls, lack diversity, zero comp wins and they have no big philo event.
