Frat Tier Explanations - Fall 2022


Top Tier:
ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ

These are the most respected frats and the most attractive guys. Girls love them. Extremely competitive. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhoods for the most part.

Upper Mid Tier:
ΦΔΘ, ΚΣ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ

These frats are really great and very popular. Highly competitive. They have great houses and fun parties but some don’t have the best reps. The guys are attractive, girls like to have socials with these frats. They also have fun events. The majority have great brotherhoods.

True Mid Tier:
FIJI, TKE

These frats are great too. They have nice houses and fun parties. Majority attractive, nice guys who party, competitive. These guys have good reputations, they get girls and have great social events. These frats have tight brotherhoods.

Lower Mid Tier:
ΠΚΦ, ΣΑΕ, ΔΣΦ

These frats are good too. Mostly attractive guys, all super nice dudes and definitely great places for girls to party, not as competitive. PiKapp has a nice house. SAE & DSig have no house, all have decent socials. Brotherhood is a priority to them.

Bottom Tier:
ΣΠ, ΑΕΠ, Gazoni (disaffiliated)

These dudes party, they still get girls, and some are attractive. Honestly some of the tightest brotherhoods. Not the best houses but they have a great time. They are the rechartered frats and the disaffiliated frats.
