Let’s move PiKapp above SAE & DSig. They have the numbers, a house and made big improvements.
SAE & DSig have no house. If they secure a house they will rise. They are lucky to be ranked lower mid, srats with no houses are bottom tier.

SAE was hardly involved last year and DSig participated in PhiGuys and not any big comps. PiKapp shows up and they have great guys. They are in fact above both SAE & DSig and won’t be held back because those guys lost their houses. As PiKapp rises they will gain relations just like other mid frats.

sae and delta sig both used to be mid tier so that’s why they have good relations. pikapp would have more socials if they were higher ranked. those boys have a great house with fun parties and lots of pledges!
