If you think a chapter deserves to rise/fall you need cold hard facts to back it up.
Considerations: relations, membership, drops, new pc, hoco date, house, suspension, big event, winning comps, etc.
One hoco date (or no date) alone isn’t going to do it. Ranks can change each semester, it’s not a revolving monthly thing.
