PiKapp has to prove themselves after a semester of suspension before moving to mid but they have a house
SAE & DSig are not involved, no frat house, low tier. DSig has been promising a house for a year. They will move up if and when they hang their letters up on a house.

We are not talking anyone’s word on securing a house. You have a frat house vent your letters are up not when you say it.

sae have been hyped up for too long. sae are not welcoming to rushees and are not respectful to women. sae should be after pikapp…pikapp are welcoming, respectful, have a house.
