Possible Frat Ranks:
Top: ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ
Upper Mid: ΚΣ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ
True Mid:, TKE, FIJI, ΣΑΕ
Lower Mid: ΔΣΦ, ΠΚΦ(Not Involved, No Frat Houses)
Bottom: Disaffiliated frats
Because…
SAE is losing their house. It’s still in process and hasn’t been done yet, they are also not involved in much and they should drop down two places. Once they lose it they’ll go down to lower mid. Delta Sig is buying their house and once that happens they’ll move up. But until then SAE will still be mid just the lowest one. SAE & DSig are still above PiKapp because they have better looks, relations, and involvement and comps but things could change. PiKapp has a good chance to pass them later this semester.

SAE is not as well liked as DSig or PiKapp. They are TriDelts of frats, super conceited and ultra conservative, unwelcoming to males and females.

which is exactly why they’re below. one of the only suspended frats rn. they’re always suspended. dsig is somewhat involvrd

pi kapp was involved in the fall, had a hoco date, also had their rose comp. they were not involved during spring because a couple brothers hazed & got them suspended. they took care of the problem and will be back to being involved this fall. involvement and a frat house are what sets them apart.

sae still has great relations and looks. they’ll stay true mid for now. they’ll keep dropping tho eventually
