Frat Tier Changes?

We have to discuss SAE losing their house and their lack of involvement. Also, PiKapp has a house and is ranked below Delta Sig. Ranks need to change. PiKapp was involved before their suspension and Delta Sig wasn’t involved the whole year. What are your thoughts?
Current Frat Ranks:
Top: ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ
Upper Mid: ΚΣ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ
True Mid: ΣΑΕ, TKE, FIJI
Lower Mid: ΔΣΦ, ΠΚΦ
Bottom: Disaffiliated frats
Possible Frat Ranks:
Top: ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ
Upper Mid: ΚΣ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ
True Mid:, TKE, FIJI, ΠΚΦ
Lower Mid: ΣΑΕ, ΔΣΦ (Not Involved, No Frat Houses)
Bottom: Disaffiliated frats

SAE is overrated, great guys but no better than our other mids. They dont show up at many events and now they are losing their house.

TKE-great guys, good relations, many attractive guys, very involved, have a nice house
FIJI-great guys, good relations, many attractive guys, involved, have a nice house

ΠΚΦ-great guys, good relations, many attractive guys, involved (unless suspended), have a nice house
ΣΑΕ-great guys, good relations, many attractive guys, not involved, losing their house
ΔΣΦ-great guys, good relations, many attractive guys, not involved, have no house

PiKapp has to prove themselves after a semester of suspension but they have a house
SAE & DSig are not involved, no frat house
