They don’t let them see the real sh show until after they initiate. That’s why they have so many actives drop.

nobody was initiated in any chapters yet - that’s a very lengthy important process so no that has not happened yet. As for sponsor ceremonies, that timeline is up to the chapters nationals, not about keeping girls from dropping. Stop reaching you’re all so bitter for what.
