Sigs are ok, but girls like Theta Chi better. Sigs are attractive and have a gorgeous house but super small frat with sad social turnouts.
Theta Chi are attractive, suoer active, large numbers and they actually win philo competitions.
ATO has attractive, good guys but they had 15 guys drop, it’s a problem.
KSig has big issues and they are under conduct review.
Phidelts are fun, some are attractive but they have the worst relations out of the upper frats.
There are reasons for the rankings.

successful membership matters, no one wants socials and hoco with a small number of guys. theta chi has under 150 guys that’s not too many.
theta chi:
attractive
won 3 comps
strong membership, high retention rate
selective, welcoming, nice, respectful, confident
sig chi:
attractive
won 2 comps
weak membership, low pledge retention, high active retention rate
elitist, classist, dbags, disrespectful, conceited
