You clearly aren’t in greek life if you haven’t heard about all the allegations Theta Chi has against them. They just don’t talk about it on Greek rank, and you wanna know why? Because Theta Chi runs Greek Rank

both chapters are amazing. both have positives. last year phi delt went with homecoming with kd and it was great. theta chi has great relations with top tiers and upper mids across the board. theta chi might go with kd or zta, only time will tell! both frats are great top tier chapters.
