Sigma Chi or Theta Chi

I just found out about this website lolm but i’m looking forward to rushing this fall and just had some questions about these two fraternities.

1. What’s the main difference between them, everyone I ask says sigma chi is the best and theta chi is right after them

2. Do they haze?

3. Do they have houses?

The biggest differences are in the last post and these are their houses.


Theta Chi- Greek ghetto house-party house

Sigma Chi- On campus house-stately, looks like the White House (no parties allowed @ on campus houses)

Ask anyone where they party…the Greek ghetto! Off campus houses are not at UCF so of course they party. Years ago they used to party at on campus houses not anymore.

Bro no house at UCF can have registered parties. I’m not saying they don’t but it’s lowkey And if u think on campus houses don’t party it means ur not invited dork 😭

talk to each frat about their pledging process. they prob won’t talk about it here.

heard sig chi is tough and a lot of pledges drop during pledging. ask around.

i’ll be honest with you.

1. generally nobody in the real world sees theta chi as #1 sigma chi is definitely the #1. but ppl would rather hang out w theta chi. if that makes sense idk but. sigs are seen as conceited, superficial, mean, exclusive and theta chi are seen in a positive light.

2. sigma chi does, theta chi isn’t too crazy. but ask at rush!

3. they both have houses. theta chi house is in greek ghetto and has nice ass backyard. sigma chi is the first house on campus and looks beautiful.

1. Really just rush both and see where you fit, they’re both great

2. No one knows for sure but it’s known that sigs pledgeship is difficult and theta chis they don’t haze. You can always ask.
