theta chi are actual nice and respectful guys if that matters to you. they are not as “fratty” as sig chi because their house is in the greek ghetto, but they win the most sorority comps out of all the frats.

Sigma chi is much more exclusive than theta chi. That being said theta chis numbers are a lot higher than sigs . Both top frats though. I recommend rushing both

Sigs are very conceited elitists. Theta Chis are party guys and very selective. ATOs are unaccepting country boys.

sigma chi act superior but didn’t have a hoco date. theta chi had a date, ato had a date. sigma chi is the only top frat that couldn’t secure a date so they are not as fabulous as they claim to be.
