UCF Top 5 Frat Descriptions 

Theta Chi: Your most standard frat at UCF, fun guys that don’t just party with top tier, win lots of srat comps, competitive and athletic. Diverse mix of guys, majority are attractive. Large frat and big presence on campus. Greek ghetto frat house you can party at.

Sigma Chi: Known for being elite, mostly party with only top srats, competitive, athletic. They party hard. Diversity in race but little diversity in lifestyle, majority are attractive. Small frat on our campus, very involved. Gorgeous on campus house.

Alpha Tau Omega: Definitely your “country boy” conservatives. Probably the most traditional southern-style frat here at ucf. Majority are attractive. They hold a major spot in Greek life. Beautiful on campus frat house.

KSig: Athletic, chill guys, ladies love them and a lot are very attractive. Very lowkey, a lot of nice guys who party and are open to relations with srats other than top tier.  Amazing on campus frat house.

PhiDelt: Gym bros, meat heads, work hard to uphold their status. Much more diverse, not as exclusive but you still have to fit what they’re looking for. The majority are attractive. Greek ghetto frat house you can party at.

Both top fraternities are great.

ΘΧ - If you’re looking for the full frat experience, Theta chi is your most traditional fraternity. Good group of guys with a strong membership, over 150+ brothers. They are known for being the nice, down to earth guys. Good reputation in the school and nice house in the greek ghetto. They are very involved with the school.

ΣΧ - Sig chi is a smaller more exclusive fraternity. With around 50-60 brothers. They are status driven it’s known to be difficult to get a bid. They are known for being the wealthy, some conceited guys. Nicest house on campus in my opinion, looks like the white house. They are very involved with the school.
