UCF Sorority Houses (Best To Worst)

1. Theta- stately, brick mansion
2. Adpi- impressive, well manicured
3. TriDelt- grand, weird glass blocks
4. Zeta- amazing, huge
5. Axid- beautiful, FL chic
6. ChiO- pretty, huge
7. Kappa- charming, huge
8. Kd- great house, green paint is not it
9. PiPhi- one story cottage, no staircase
10. Aephi- not so cute, nice new paint
11. Dz- no house
12. Gphi- no house

Theta, Kappa, Chi o and Aephi don’t own their houses. UCF does. They moved into houses of frats who got kicked off campus.
