I keep seeing theta chi and weird frats like that on top. So let me set this straight for all the PNMs out there. Theta chi isn’t top yet, they still have one goofy ass class (senior pc) from when they were mid, give them one more year then they’ll be real top tier.

Sig chi / Phi delt / ATO
Mid:
Theta chi / K sig / SAE / DU / ZBT
Low: TKE/ Dsig / pi Kapp/ Fiji
Disaffiliated: AEPI/ Sig Pi

with different views. Theta chi is on the rise they have great guys, relations and win a lot of comps. Sig chi and ato are also doing well, all have great too srat relations.

sigs are dbags to frats and srats. no girls are impressed with sig anymore, just the truth. they have weak member numbers, low pc numbers so 30/40 guys at an event is lame. they went to hoco unpaired because we didn’t want them and they didn’t want an upper mid stat. period.
