Question about frat ranks

Not to be mean and start stuff im just curious. I was PC22 Im new to greeklife but. why is theta chi #1 over on campus frats? Shouldn’t it be?

ato and ksig are great frats but they aren’t on the rise like theta chi and sig chi are. their on campus houses are beautiful it’s just that we can’t party at them. theta chi & sig are more popular, involved, won the most srat competitions and are just more desired than the other frats.
