You get rejected because you’re not white
by: .Remember all freshman, if you’re POC and you get rejected from “top tier” frats, the only reason is because you’re not white. Don’t listen to the cap about personality, connections, coolness or sociableness. This is likely based solely on how white/european-looking you are

There a significantly low number of POC going through srat recruitment/rushing frats. KD, ChiO, DZ are the most diverse sorority chapters. Girls are not getting looked over because of their skin color.

Last recruitment they brought in that lady to explain to disregard our biases and see people for what’s on the inside.
And still a lot a poc got rejected. Let’s not throw the diversity card around when ppl refuse to see the problem.
