Frat Info For Freshman Wanting to Rush

Here’s a list of what each frat is like for incoming freshman who want to rush

Frat Info 2022

Top Tier:

1.Theta Chi - Nice guys. Very Diverse chapter and just a group of chill guys. Very active in philanthropy. House is alright in the greek ghetto.

2. SigChi - Honestly decently chill guys.
They have a bad rep of being daddies money kids, they can be stuck up at times but they know how to party and bring in girls. Very active in philanthropy. Probably the nicest house on campus for fraternities

3. ATO - Chill group of guys that a lot of girls seem to like. They know how to party. Seen as a country boy frat kind of in my opinion but they are nice guys.. Decently active in philanthropy. They have a nice house on campus.

Upper Mid Tier:

4. Kappa Sig - Great guys, know how to party, active in philanthropy, great frat house on campus.

5. Phi Delt - Chill group of guys. Know how to party and get girls. Have a bad rep of being meat heads but if you actually talk to some of them they are pretty cool. Recently pretty active in philanthropy. House is alright in the greek ghetto.

6. Delta Upsilon - Chill group of guys. Know how to party. Very active in philanthropy. Nice house in greek ghetto from the outside at least.

7. ZBT - Great guys. Won the Greek Cup for being the most athletic. They have an alright house in greek ghetto.

True Mid Tier:

8. SAE - Chill group of guys. Don’t really see them put much and they aren’t a very active in philanthropy. Pretty nice house in greek ghetto from the outside.

9. TKE - They are a chill group of guys and throw great parties. They are heavily active in philanthropy and have an alright house in greek ghetto.

10. Delta sig - Fun guys, always see them out at the bars. Not really active in philanthropy. Have no official frat house.

Lower Mid Tier:

11. FIJI - Great guys, fun parties. Decently active in philanthropy, have an alright house in greek ghetto.

12. Pi Kapp - Kinda fell off after their suspension but will be back in the fall. Decently Active in Philanthropy, have an alright house in greek ghetto.

Frat Descriptions 2022

Top:
ΘX - Majority are really good looking, all super nice guys. Always a good time and super chill. Love to go out with them. House is nice, in the greek ghetto.

ΣΧ - Really good looking guys, always been so fun and nice to me and my friends but heard they aren't that way with mid srats. Nicest house on campus. (Can’t have house parties @ on campus frat house.)

ΑΤΩ - Majority are cute. Some are super cool, overall I like them a lot. House on campus is so nice especially inside. (Can’t have house parties @ on campus frat house.)

Upper Mid:

ΚΣ - Most popular upper mid. Surfer/skater boys. Humble asf. Extremely attractive but not overly matcho. Super fun to party with. (Can’t have house parties @ on campus frat house.)

ΦΔΘ - Great upper mid. Gym Bros, super attractive and athletic. Meatheads usually. Good reputation with top tier sororities, party guys.

ΔΥ - Super macho upper mid, gym bros. Seems like they wouldn’t be easy to talk to but they are super nice. They throw down.

ΖΒΤ - Great upper mid, very involved. Super cute, fun parties. Sweethearts.

ΣΑΕ - Attractive, throw great parties and are very fun, they are very chill and lowkey.

TKE - A lot are attractive, all are fun, respectful with women. Throw great parties, involved in everything. These guys are super nice and getting more popular.

ΔΣΦ - Most are attractive, fun, popular, big bar presence. No official house but have great parties.

FIJI - Some are attractive, great guys, really fun parties. Very involved on campus.
