why is pi kapp so low

im not in greek life but i am interested in rushing, why is pi kapp consistently ranked so low

people just really hate them and decide to write them on the bottom, they’re top and people are jealous

because of various scandals and lower srat relations

They had a few incidents with problem brothers but I think they kicked all of them out

They were doing great last year before their suspension. They were paired with aephi or kappa for hoco, don’t remember which one. Hopefully they will build back in the fall.

Overall they’re solid guys. And have decent relations with sororities, just maybe not as much as higher frats. They had an issue with some brothers last semester that caused them to get put on suspension for spring but I’m pretty sure they kicked theme out. Past that though they haven’t had recent issues that I’ve seen.

Past issues. They had a great fall but are suspended now. Should have a good bounce-back this coming fall.
