Mid Tier Frat Descriptions

1. SAE: Great group of guys, most attractive, somewhat involved, great relations, nice house, the guys have a lot of pride and will wear SAE march everywhere they go. the only negative is that they aren’t super super involved which isn’t that bad. Also has a lot of studs.
2. DSig: Great group of guys, majority attractive, some studs, popular among top tier srats and in general, great bar presence. The negative is that they aren’t involved and no frat house (Though there are rumors swirling)
3. TKE: Another great group of guys. Very very involved, super hands on and hard working. Some frats are “involved” but TKE put their best foot forward all the time and go all out. Somewhat attractive and becoming as popular. Can’t think of a negative.

who the f is posting at 3am? my guess is that it’s not dsig, has to be the groupie. first off this is terribly inaccurate. there are zero studs in these frats, attractive yes, studs are in the upper mids and top tier. don’t get me started about dsig having top tier relations. lol! a few friends doesn’t mean our chapters hang out. just stop, it’s embarrassing. dsig is below tke because they have no frat house. chill, everyone loves sae, tke and dsig, no matter their rank. the reality is, no matter no matter how many posts you create you can’t change their ranks. leave the boys alone.

I totally agree. DSig does not have good relations with KD, ZTA or PiPhi. The only upper chapter they have decent relations with is ADPi. If they got a house they would be above TKE, but that’s about it, not above SAE.
