forget your polls, it’s time to really explain why sig is no longer the top frat. sig was suspended in 2019-2020, they came back in 2020 but not like before. while they were suspended theta chi was upper mid and rising. by fall theta chi was top tier along with sig. sig lost some popularity and theta chi gained. theta chi got great guys consistently and you know where they both stand now. girls love both frats! theta chis are great looking, respectful nice guys who are super active and win a lot of srat comps. sigs are great they just aren’t the top frat anymore.

they both have attractive guys. which chapter has better guys? which is more popular, active, successful?

If Sig could have gotten a top tier, they would have. Clearly they were not picked above other frats. They think they are better than they actually are.

love sig chi’s house but you can’t party there so it’s just for the guys. it’s good that the they have options though, sig and theta chi are so different.

Theta chi is above Sig chi. Sig chi has a better house, that’s it. The big house is not getting them far.

theta chi has way nicer guys, they have great relations, win lots of comps, it’s just a stronger frat. If a srat had their numbers we would say low numbers-less desirable chapter. they say it’s because they are exclusive. in my opinion, there just aren’t a lot of rushees lining up to rush sig chi once they meet the guys. that’s why they have pics with 6 guys.

Sigma Chi will always be top. They are the most attractive frat.
