thetas range from hot to average, nice girls, amazing house, good relations, participates in most frat comps

axids range from pretty to average, nice girls-some rude, ok house, good relations, participates in most frat comps

tridelts range from pretty to average, nice girls-some snobby, great house, good relations but some have dropped off, participates in few srat comps

Theta is above TriDelt but TriDelt is above Axid.
Theta is on the rise and TriDelt has constantly been falling. Axid is getting more involved but aren’t upper mid.
