Sig>Theta Chi and Dsig>TKE
by: QerSig with the house and relations will always be above theta chi, not matter what. Theta chi just has heads and y’all want them to be top. Also why is it even a debate Dsig>TKE. It doesn’t matter how involved TKE is, what they win, relations, or philanthropy participation. Literally Dsig could have no house, participate in nothing, just show up to a bar and be better then TKE. TKE can literally stop trying. Same with theta chi. These are the true ranks.

Dsig riding off last year and homecoming. They keep using this house as an excuse. They did 0 involvement besides aephi. Also if they are the “most popular” why did only 5 srats do their philanthropy? Like get involved.

dsigis popular with adpi, no longer piphi. tke is popular with lots of srats and are actually involved in activities and srat comps. they actually won comps too. dsig has no house, they swear they will have a house by fall, let’s see if it turns out to be their pool house they already have in oviedo.
tke- some cute guys, very involved, good srat relations, great frat house in greek ghetto, won srat comps
dsig- some cute guys, sometimes involved, good srat relations, no frat house, haven’t won srat comps

dsig has great relations w piphi and zeta. tke also has good relations with KD and piphi. overall dsig is more popular w srats if u actually talk to these women, tke is more involved. stop the beef its dumb

Dsig was lower mid in Dec and were bumped up to mid tier because of their good relations. No house = lower standing. It’s just the way it is. When they get a frat house they will move up. This groupie needs to give it a rest. This is frat business.
