UCF Fraternity ranking needs to be fixed

From now on, reference these rankings for rush or just general information.

ON CAMPUS:

Sig Chi
ATO / Kappa Sig

OFF CAMPUS:

Theta Chi / Phi Delt
ZBT / DU / SAE
D Sig / TKE / Fiji / Pi Kapp
Pike / Delts / Beta (rechartering)

DISAFFILIATED:

Sig Pi / AEPi

UCF fraternities in their current state are very difficult to categorize into true “tiers” and should be ranked as done above.
