by: Ranks

There’s been a lot of bashing lower mids like fiji pi kapp and tke so what can they do to improve themselves then?

I’d say plan socials, day activities with the mid and upper mid chapters to get yourselves out there and known. Invite sororities to your parties and concentrate on one chapter at a time. Only a few guys from each chapter usually go to events and there are so many diff frats it’s hard to get to know frats one in one. You probably have good relations with the lower mids and bottom srats, branch out!

Match your sophomore guys with freshman girls and jr guys with sophomore srat girls for big bro/little sis relations. It’s fun when guys take girls by the wing as friends, at parties, not for hooking up. That’s how bonds can start.

I can agree all these frats gotta work on these things. TKE has at least started these things and that’s why they are on the lower/middle end side of true mid. Fiji has too they just need bigger PC’s and not be carried by older brothers. Pi kap on the other hand…

pikapp is suspended, cut them some slack. they did a lot with aephi and kappa last fall. they are all trying to do better.

Reach out to to the sorority social chairs, plan a bbq or theme day for one chapter at a time without philanthropy competition involved.

give your guys incentives for showing up to srat events. the more guys you have the stronger your presence. we don’t get to know all of your brothers.
