How do disaffiliated frats have a house but DSig, DZ & GPhi don’t and they are actually affiliated?

They rent/own houses off campus. UCF doesn’t control who a landlord decides is gonna make them money. Common sense tbh

Panhellenic does not allow sororities to rent off-campus houses. IFC has different rules so frats can rent independently from landlords off campus
