Theta top tier?
by: ?phi delt newest post with kd, zta, Tri delt, adpi and axid but where is the so called top tier theta?? why are we re-tiering Theta while more involved chapters are placed in “Mid tier”??

Yes you can say theta has a mansion and a decent pc 22 but i would not bring in relations until theta is having socials/hoco with true top tier frats (sig chi, kappa sig, ato) which is a big part of rankings. A house and a decent pc does not make a sorority top tier.

Actually top tier status is not just about frat relations. You need to have great srat & frat relations and Theta is very well liked. They don’t put others down, which is more than I can say for lots of our chapters. They are beautiful and worthy, especially with the behavior of our outgoing top chapters.

Theta is also diverse and they aren’t in trouble with OFSL or the law.
