ΠΒΦ-always causing trouble (internal issues, dies not get along with all frats & srats, destroyed property, pretty new girls

I think KD or Theta. KD is a liability, but a frat favorite. Thetas are awesome and classy, frats love them, but they don’t have the all perfect top tier look. That might actually be a plus, since we’re having so many character issues with the “top tier pretty girls.”

Agree 100%. If KD did the right thing I would say them, but they chose to turn their heads and act like the c^ke arrest was fine with them. Theta is the chapter with good character.

You’re right, Tri Delt has been falling for a year now. Their hot girls graduated and now they look like all the other upper mids. Their behavior issues are out of control, top tiers need to be leaders and good examples. Their house is great, but all the upper mids have great houses.

Girl, check your new pc, your sad Insta and your OFSL record and then there’s the dui after your event. Things are looking bad for your chapter. Top girls don’t throw up in the corner at socials, top girls recruit TOP girls, you’re upper mids now. Btw, how did y’all find a way to be messy and boring all at the same time? 😂

Theta is probably the most admired chapter in the upper srats for being no drama, smart, beautiful & fun girls. Girls can actually look up to them because they actually have class. They don’t all have to look like stereotypical sorority girls, their differences and diversity should be celebrated.
