These are the new top tier chapters that are classy and respected.
Top:
Zeta- gorgeous, diverse, classy, nice girls, gets along with frats & srats
TriDelt- beautiful, getting diverse, snobby, rich, frats like them
ADPI- beautiful, getting diverse, fun, big on values, gets along with frats & srats
Upper Mid:
Hot girls, party hard, not as classy as top srats, bad reputations, get in trouble a lot\n\n\n\n\nThis was posted in response to the constant “KD is still top” comments all over GR. We’re all tired of it and you are looking like try hards, trying to stay relevant.
KDs are not role models for our school, they shamed their chapter and UCF. They can’t be top tier when their sisters are doing c o c a I n e and one even got arrested for it at a frat event. They also have super loose morals and every guy knows they are the easy srat. It’s a bad look and very disappointing.

pi beta phi will never be top tier. they are the least diverse chapter, they have a mafia fam, banned from saddle because of their behavior, destroyed a frat’s wooden lawn letters. they are just horrible girls. oh yeah, they also paired with dsig for hoco. top they are not.
