ADPI IS NOT TOP TIER

They cant even get half of the fraternity and sororities to participate in their philanthropy event. They cancelled their pizza event today HOURS BEFORE. They are extremely unorganized. And you can see an adpi throwing her sign at pub on instagram and snapchat stories...
Top Tier should be
Tridelt (most unproblematic)
Zeta (horrible sisterhood but top)
KD (undeniably top but controversial rn)

Zeta- gorgeous, diverse, classy, nice girls, gets along with frats & srats
TriDelt- beautiful, getting diverse, snobby, rich, frats like them
ADPI- beautiful, getting diverse, fun, big on values, gets along with frats & srats
Upper Mid:
Hot girls, party hard, not as classy as top srats, bad reputations, get in trouble a lot
