Top Tier:
Kappa Delta-KD Shakedown huge event, has celebrity representation, Frats love them/wear their merch, Diverse, Pretty girls, Extremely relevant, Always a topic on Greek Rank. Usually top 3 at other strat events. Socials with other tops, great instagram following
Zeta Tau Alpha- ZTA Lip sync huge event, Frats love them, Always see guys wear zeta merch at the bars, Great House, Facey girls, Socials with other tops, good instagram following, zetas work at nearly every bar, Makes DU relevant
Alpha Delta Pi- Cheers for Charity semi-huge event (not all sororities participate), Semi-facey girls, but all pretty, very little diversity, Nationally a top chapter, Came back from their scandal a few years ago, great house, has celebrity representation, great instagram following
Tridelta- One of the best houses, Nationally a top chapter, little diversity but beautiful girls, always top 3 in strat events, No big event (Dhop and Delta Hold'em) never gets much recognition, Frats love them, Socials with other tops/upper mids
Pi Phi- Undeniably top, girls are the only ones that think they aren't top, has some beautiful girls in it, Frats LOVE them, Had a whole tailgate (no other strat has done that), usually a piphi working every bar, little diversity and heavily slept on, need to host a big event to secure top status!

True Mid:
Alpha Xi Delta- very diverse, doesn't bother anyone, cute house, cute girls
Kappa Alpha Theta- diverse, best house on greek park, has some insta famous girls, very involved in everything

Lower Mid:
Chi O- Most diverse sorority, big house, takes nearly everyone
Kappa- not much to stay, great chapter, genuinely nice girls. Not super facey, but still knows how to have fun, big house
Aephi-great girls who are trying to gain relevance, not much to say

Base:
DZ- no house, but great girls!
Gamma Phi- odd, no house
