How long till bids usually come thru

I went to a TKE rush event and didn’t get a bid yet. What’s the best way to get close with some of the brothers and get a bid

Just be yourself and if the frat sees a fit you’ll get a bid. Rush is 2 weeks so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get a bid the first day
