How is DSig considered mid with no house

Kinda weird that these tier lists have DSig at mid when they don’t even have a house. PiKapp is constantly bottom tier, but at least they got a place to hang. Just confused

pikapp is lower mid, not taking pledges and has different guys than dsig.
