How in the hell is DU or Phi Delt middle tier? LXA is DEFINITELY not top tier... maybe middle tier, if that. It takes more than an okay IM program to make you a middle-top tier organization. Many of those "the rest of IFC " organizations have more successful philanthropies and more active brothers in IFC/SGA.

i agree phi delt and du are def doing work. phi delt won our philanthropy and we're doing a spring social and du just had their semi and i had a blast...keep up the good work guys! you all are def working hard and people are noticing!
