Was anyone at KOTC, zeta cares too much about there rep. phi delt wasn't even top 5 in ZOTC. They wouldn't want there KOTC to be a phi delt and they for sure would not wanna go to HC with them when they have sigma chi going for them.

It's been recent but Phi Delt is def top tier. On top of that, I wouldn't underestimate them, they def have a chance of getting Zeta

they made a mistake and tried to get zeta even though they had greek week because they thought they wouldnt have to work against ato for kd. looks like that was a mistake. i know for a fact a whole group of guys who accepted bids to sigma chi this spring changed their minds and took phi delt bids the next day. phi delt had the most pledges at 26, sigma chi didn't even get half that. times are changing ... i can't believe i'm saying it but phi delt is about to replace sigma chi.

wont happen because they dont have a house on campus but it will be a top frat.
